Wine Cellar

Over 400 Labels:
Bluh Furore Wine Cellar

The Bluh Furore wine cellar is a space devoted to research, preservation, and storytelling. At the heart of Furore Grand Hotel, it holds over 400 labels from different territories, cultures, and winemaking philosophies.

Each bottle enters the cellar for a precise reason: to engage with the cuisine, deepen the experience, and add further dimension to the gastronomic journey of Bluh Furore. The selection moves between renowned international terroirs and distinctive native grapes, shaping a wine list that crosses styles, latitudes, and sensibilities.

Carved into the rock and protected by brick walls, the cellar recalls the old domestic wine cellars of the Amalfi Coast in a more essential and contemporary form.

Its structure is not only aesthetic. Natural stone and thermal insulation help maintain a constant temperature, creating ideal conditions for wine preservation.
